Behind the Bow is a Facebook community created by Sanrio to connect Hello Kitty fans worldwide. For this self-initiated concept project, I reimagined it as an exclusive membership program and designed the full welcome mailer package, including custom box packaging, branded inserts, and merchandise, to create a memorable unboxing experience for fans.
